CoachCarter ("we", "us", "our") operates a driving school management platform used by multiple driving schools across the UK. These terms and conditions govern your use of the CoachCarter platform and the services provided through it. By creating an account, booking a lesson, or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

CoachCarter is a driving school platform operated by Fraser Carter. The platform provides lesson booking, learner progress tracking, and payment processing to driving schools and their learners. For queries, contact us at: hello@coachcarter.co.uk

2. Platform and services

The CoachCarter platform connects learner drivers with driving schools and their instructors. Your driving school uses our platform to manage bookings, track progress, and process payments. While you interact with CoachCarter's technology, the driving tuition itself is delivered by your chosen driving school and its instructors.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

5. Bulk hour packages

6. Test Ready Guarantee programme

7. Learner responsibilities

8. Conduct

Your driving school reserves the right to refuse or terminate tuition where a learner's behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or inappropriate. In such cases, a refund may be offered at the driving school's discretion for unused lessons.

9. Liability

Driving schools on the CoachCarter platform carry appropriate insurance for driving tuition. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from delays to test bookings or changes in DVSA test availability beyond our control.
